“I spoke with the Manager of the Surgery Center today and he indicated the patient response has been tremendously positive. Way beyond what normally would be expected. They have tons of cards and letters praising both the care and the facility. They have taken customer service to the ultimate level and it shows. As far as the facility goes, one patient went as far as saying it was like going to a spa. In general, patients are less apprehensive and much more comfortable due to the building. Family members especially rave about the waiting area which makes the patients happy knowing that a family member has a comfortable place to wait. The design also allows for an appropriate amount of patient privacy and patients really love exiting into the Lobby and not through the waiting room. People using the facility - patients, family and staff - are happy and smiling.”
